If you have sent a Data Subject Access Request and have not received a satisfactory reply from the company, we will pursue this for you. For just £29.95 we will begin the legal proceedings to obtain the correct response. How does this work? We will first contact the company about the DSAR and inform them, on your behalf, that we are persuing legal action for you due to the fact that the designated 30 day response period is over. If we do not receive the correct response we will then: Contact the ICO on your behalf. Contact the Relevant Trade Associations. Contact the Relevant Government Regulatory authorities. Contact their Professional Indemnity Insurance company for breach of contract due to Non GDPR Compliance. We will report them to these authorities that the company, practice or service is NOT GDPR compliant and needs to be investigated for Non GDPR compliance. If the company does not respond to that we will contact you and request what further action is you require.
